Nicola leads the Digital Commerce team in the UK business; a team focused on growing the company’s digital presence across the retail landscape and via its direct to consumer channels. She is excited to be involved in the cultural transformation of the business, and is specifically working on connecting commerce across the organisation and aligning the digital strategy, to create better experiences for customers, consumers and colleagues. A big area of focus is how Heineken can step up in data-led performance marketing; investing in the right tools, platforms and sales channels to connect people with the right beer or cider when and where they want it!
