Mark Eckman is HCL Software’s Global Managing Director of Business Solution Design / CX Studio Lead. Believing customers should expect more from a software provider, his team helps clients align strategy, experience design, business process, analytics, and data to realize more value from their technology investments. Before joining HCL Software Mark was a Managing Partner with Publicis Sapient, leading customer engagement and eCommerce programs for a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients. Prior to Publicis Sapient Mark was an Associate Partner with Accenture, focused on eCommerce, process design, strategy, and systems work for Retail and Manufacturing clients.
