Lourens’ team drives eCommerce across the
Nordic region. He works with a centralised team of 10 people in the company’s
Stockholm office.
Lourens has been working on a new
‘subscription and recurring ordering’ programme, which enables consumers to pay
a monthly credit which they can spend on coffee. This will be launched to the
public in 2020.
Lourens believes that digital tech will
have the biggest impact on delivery in the F&B sector – enabling more
same-day deliveries, home deliveries and online convenience shopping. This
trend is already developing rapidly in the Nordic market.
