Kevin Davis

Kevin manages 12+ people within the company’s eCommerce Carrier Management, Returns Processing and several multi-site programmes across UK&I. His most exciting recent project was moving M&S from single site (1 DC) to multi-site (3 DCs and 250 stores) integrated to eCommerce and implementing same day operation. He is now prioritising the company’s data tracking systems (customer tracking and data repository), intelligent order management system, and returns business incorporating E2E cost-to-serve model.
