George is responsible for Ocado Retail’s on-demand delivery business - reporting directly into the CEO of Ocado. He leads his team of eight in pioneering 1 hour on-demand grocery delivery in West London – pending the success of this trial, Ocado Zoom will look to expand to the rest of London.  Currently George is focusing on the right merchandising, marketing and product development: In particular he is passionate about discovering what current consumers and potential new consumers really want from their online grocery shopping – and making sure his business delivers it to them.
