Head of Client Services CMG Digital

After an extensive career in Product management and marketing, Biljana Martinčić has since 2009 client management experience and has played a big role in her position as an Account Director in CMG.Digital where she managed client strategy, led product and campaign launches globally, implement the transformation of the digital ecosystem, and setting up new operation models at Fortune 100 companies. Earlier in her career, she worked as a global product manager for a healthcare company. Having experience in creating content on local and global levels on client and agency side, she fully understands the need of understanding local nuances and at the same time makes sure the brand`s consistency is respected across markets.

Since 2022, Biljana has made her way up to a role as a Head of Client Services, in which she manages, oversees, and implements new ways of working with all the clients CMG works with, as well as progressively gaining new ones.
