Having been part of team that set up the eCommerce business for Mondelez India, Bharat now manages the Toblerone D2C business in the UK. He partners with cross functional teams (digital, R&D, supply chain, etc.) and an external ecosystem of partners to drive the company’s commercial agendas. Bharat is focussing on consumer centricity and driving data backed decisions for building/scaling a commercially sustainable business model.
