Sarah manages a team of 3, covering all things eCommerce within the UK, with the ultimate role of upskilling and educating the company’s wider teams. The team is focused on achieving an optimum range and content for all the new routes to markets, way beyond retailer.coms and into the world of quick commerce and on demand groceries. Alongside the marketing team, Sarah decides how much budget should be spent online vs. in-store and how they can generate the most ROI. Her priority is on stretching online discoverability organically to ensure a fair share of digital shelf, without solely relying on media. She also invests in experimenting with test and learns.
